Our homes feature fully renovated kitchens with updated appliances, comfortable common living areas, furnished bedrooms ready for move-in, and updated bathrooms. We keep our properties clean, well-maintained, and welcoming, because a home should feel safe the moment you walk in.

Bedrooms
Every bedroom is furnished with a bed and storage, so you can move in with a suitcase. Private rooms are $750 a month, with utilities included.
Kitchens
Residents share full kitchens with modern appliances and plenty of counter space. One of our homes even has a second full kitchen on the lower level, which makes cooking easier when several people share the house.
Living and dining areas
Common rooms give residents a place to relax, eat together or watch TV, while bedrooms stay private and quiet.
Bathrooms
Bathrooms have been updated, including a modern glass shower, and are kept clean and maintained.
Laundry
On-site laundry is included in the rent, so there are no laundromat trips or extra fees.
Outside the home
Our Hammond homes are close to public transportation, grocery stores and shops, and minutes from the Illinois state line.
What Photos Cannot Show You
Pictures help, but a home is more than its rooms. Every resident agrees to simple house rules before moving in, which keeps shared spaces clean, quiet and respectful. Our homes are alcohol-free and drug-free, and residents come from many backgrounds, including working adults, seniors, veterans and people starting over.
Pricing is simple, too. You pay one monthly amount that covers your furnished room, electricity, gas, water, internet and laundry, so there are no surprise bills. There is no long-term lease, which gives you flexibility if your job or plans change, and there is no waiting list, so if a room is open you can often move in within days.
